Calgary Properties LLC (“Calgary”, “we”) is a Dubai-based luxury real-estate developer. We act as data controller for personal information collected through our websites,mobile apps, sales centres, events and any channel referencing this policy.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Identification & contact: name, email, phone, address, Emirates ID/passport
Transaction & financial: SPA details, payment schedules, escrow deposits.
Usage: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, clicks, cookies.
Marketing preferences and responses to campaigns or surveys.
Broker/partner credentials: RERA ID, company details, commission data.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

SHARING YOUR DATA

Calgary group entities are bound by the same privacy standards.

Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors), regulators, courts or law enforcement where legally required.
Business-transfer parties in a merger or asset sale (with safeguards).

We never sell your personal data.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Data may be processed outside the UAE. Transfers occur only to jurisdictions recognised as adequate or under contractual safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses), orwith your explicit consent, in line with UAE PDPL.

RETENTION

We keep personal data only as long as necessary:

Sales & escrow records – minimum 8 years or as required by real-estate law.
Marketing leads – until you opt out or after 3 years of inactivity
Customer-service logs – typically 3–5 years unless a dispute extends the period.
CCTV – 30 days unless an incident requires longer retention.

SECURITY MEASURES

ISO 27001-aligned controls, TLS encryption, access control, staff confidentiality, penetration testing, secure backups, and an incident-response plan ensure data integrity andconfidentiality.

YOUR RIGHTS

Access a copy of your data.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erase data when no longer needed (“right to be forgotten”).
Restrict or object to processing (including marketing)
Data portability (where technically feasible).
Withdraw consent at any time.
Complain with the UAE Data Office or your local regulator.
